I have an issue, what do I do next?

Give our office a call: 720.345.7700. Our team is trained to listen to your problems and assist you in making a decision of which solution works best for you. For simple problems, we can diagnose them directly over the phone if you would like. This can also involve us remotely connecting to your computer directly from our office. For more involved problems, or if you prefer, we can schedule to send an available technician out to your business or home to resolve your issues.

Is it safe to have you guys remote into my computer?

Yes. We remote in over a secured connection that is encrypted between both ends of the connection. After we are done fixing your computer, the software automatically removes itself off your computer so that we can no longer connect to your computer.

Do you guys have some sort of maintenance contract?

Definitely! We call it a Service Agreement and we can tailor it to your specific needs: no matter if you are a business or a home. How it works is you pay quarterly in advance (at a huge discount) for however many hours of computer support we think you will need each quarter. You also receive discounts on parts and have priority scheduling and response time.

What happens if we go over our hours in a quarter?

No worries, we continue servicing you per the terms of our contract and catch up with you on your next quarter’s bill!
