When I moved my practice to the Denver area, I had a large IT firm set up my computer network. A couple months later, I met Matt Esser with Toid and he offered to do a free network evaluation. He found multiple issues with my network. For instance, I had been paying for two Internet Service Providers when I only needed one, the other IT company’s back-up solution was not working, and Matt noticed that my practice software was not up to date.

Toid made the corrections to my network and also set up a VPN so I can login to my office from my home. I signed a quarterly Service Agreement and now I get a discounted rate on their services. Toid only needs to come out to do maintenance and I’ve never had a major crisis thanks to their regular check-ups.
